To begin the process of obtaining services at Faltz Associates, Inc. you will need to call the office and speak to one of the staff. A brief phone intake is needed to determine what would be the best course of action. If the client has been involved in recent evaluations at other facilities or schools, those reports will be needed and a review of records will be undertaken following the intake.
Clients are typically seen within one to two weeks of the initial phone call and intake, depending on the services required. Ongoing therapy is scheduled following the screening or evaluation at our office or after the review of records is completed and discussed with the parents.
